Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who was as a captain and a participant for the Fierce Five team in 2012 and 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. Aly Raisman took home three gold medals during the 2012 Olympics at London. Additionally, she brought home a bronze on the balance beam. In 2012 she was the very first American athlete to win the most medals in the Olympics. The year she was in 2016, and her partner Gabby Doug were the first Americans who won back-toback golds in team competitions. Also, silver medals were awarded in both the all-around individual as well as floor workouts. Between the two Olympics she had taken a break from gymnastics competition for three years. Her gold medal winning American team also won the two World Championships. Aly began gymnastics lessons at the age of 2 and enjoys the floor workout. Aly participates in the Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization in memory and honor of her grandmother. She plans to make a career in fashion. Aly would like to increase the length of her leotards and socks. Fierce is due to be released later this summer.
